On Saturday, September 5th at 11:30 AM, we’re opening our doors at CrossFit Martell for a fun, inclusive community workout celebrating movement, connection, and the freedom to be yourself.

You don’t need to be fit to join—just show up. We’ll adapt the workout to your level and make sure you leave with a smile, a good sweat, and a great experience.

🌈 100% of proceeds will be donated to Allied Rainbow Communities (ARC). If you’d like to contribute more, you’ll also be able to make an additional donation on the day.
