The Out@Work Conference will be organised for the second time as a key event during Malta Pride. This half-day conference will focus on promoting LGBTIQ+ inclusivity in the workplace, bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, and LGBTIQ+ employees to share insights and best practices.

The event will feature a keynote speech about ‘The Importance of LGBTIQ+ Inclusivity in the Workplace’. Followed by a panel discussion about Best Practices for LGBTIQ+ Inclusivity in the Workplace. Panelists from diverse companies and organisations will share experiences and strategies.

The conference will also include a workshop about ‘Building an Inclusive Workplace Culture’. This will be an interactive session with practical exercises on fostering an inclusive environment.

Lastly, we will have a fireside chat about Personal Stories of LGBTIQ+ professionals which will include conversations with them sharing their workplace experiences.
